In March 1997, WHO found out that the CCVD such as myocardial infarction, cerebral thrombosis, cerebral embolism and cerebral hemorrhage caused by hypertension, hyperlipoidemia, high blood dope, arteriosclerosis, vascular endothelial function disorder had caused the huge hazard, which had affected the human’s health seriously, therefore, Health Organizations from many countries suggested to establish the CICT COOPERATION CENTER to specialized in researching the pathogenesis of CCVD, and seeking for the solution of the treatment to CCVD. The suggestions have been actively responded by the related research organizations from China, USA, UK, France, Germany and Japan. In December 1997, six scientific research institutions such as The Johns Hopkins Hospital in America, Medical School of London University in UK, Affiliated Hospital of the University of Wurzberg in Germany, Affiliated Hospital of Tokyo University in Japan, Medical School of University of Poitiers in France and National Engineering Research Center for Phtochemistry (West) in China cooperatively submitted the proposal report on “The Joint Establishment of the CICT COOPERATION CENTER and Three International CCVD Joint Research Laboratories”.
After a year of preparation and efforts from various parities, the CICT COOPERATION CENTER was formally established on April 28th, 1998. After that, three laboratories under the CICT COOPERATION CENTER have been established in Asia, Europe and America, they are as follows:
The International CCVD Joint Research Laboratory in Asia is established in National Engineering Research Center for Phtochemistry (West) in China. The main research subject is the mechanism and supply method of NO, the extraction and toxicant separation of natural animals and plants medical material.
The International CCVD Joint Research Laboratory in North America is established in Medical School of the Johns Hopkins University, USA. Its major research subject is the mechanism and synthesis of HDL.
The International CCVD Joint Research Laboratory in Europe is established in the Affiliated Hospital of the University of Wurzberg in Germany. Its major research subject is the animal model test of new type pharmaceutical preparation, human body clinical data analysis and popularization of clinical application research.
The CICT COOPERATION CENTER established jointly by six countries has been strongly supported by 213 scientific research medical treatment institutions, among them, 3217 international prestigious top experts have participated in it and they work very hard for human medical progress.

+The CICT COOPERATION CENTER held the “World Health Three-Care Effect Demonstration” and “Press Conference on Scientific Achievements of 351 Rehabilitation Treatment of Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular Diseases (CCVD)” in Tokyo University, Japan on December 2, 2008. Director of the CICT COOPERATION CENTER declared that the key to solve the CCVD had been found, and the news media reporters from 33 countries attended the press conference.
+The CICT COOPERATION CENTER held the “World Health Three-Care Effect Demonstration” in the No. 1 Technological Hall of Tokyo University, Japan on December 2, 2008. The director, executive director of the CICT COOPERATION CENTER and the experts from three laboratories attended the meeting.
+The “World Health Three-Care Capsule” declared by the International CCVD Joint Research Laboratory in Asia in National Engineering Research Center for Phtochemistry (West) obtained the approval from the State of Food and Drug Administration of People’s Republic of China on August 26, 2008.
+WHO issued the international standard for treating the CCVD according to the scientific research achievements made by the CICT COOPERATION CENTER on March 16, 2008.
+The CICT COOPERATION CENTER held the news conference in News Hall of WHO in Geneva on December 28, 2007. Experts from 6 countries released the scientific research achievement on “351 Rehabilitation Treatment of CCVD” and submitted this achievement to WHO.
+The International CCVD Joint Research Laboratory in Europe established in the Affiliated Hospital of the University of Wurzberg successfully completed the human body clinical trial of the overall solution to CCVD on December 10, 2007, and achieved very satisfactory results.
+Experts from International CCVD Joint Research Laboratory in North America in the Johns Hopkins University Hospital of America found out that the generation of HDL and NO required the reaction of HDL synthetase and high magnetic arginine in March 2006.
+The CICT COOPERATION CENTER was formally established in Hong Kong, China in April 28, 1998, and then, three laboratories under the CICT COOPERATION CENTER have been established in Asia, Europe and America respectively.
The International CCVD Joint Research Laboratory in Asia is established in National Engineering Research Center for Phtochemistry (West),
The International CCVD Joint Research Laboratory in Europe is established in the Affiliated Hospital of the University of Wurzberg,
The International CCVD Joint Research Laboratory in North America is established in California University, Los Angeles.
+The scientific research organizations from China, USA, Germany, UK, France and Japan cooperatively submitted the application for “Establishment of the CICT COOPERATION CENTER and Three International CCVD Joint Research Laboratories” to WHO in 1997.
+Dr. Brown and Goldstein from USA found out that the pathogenesis of (CCVD) and reduction of HDL were closely connected in 1985.
